Updated October 2026. Marina Bay Residence is a planned luxury condominium in the 67-acre Marina Bay community on the Pinellas Bayway, between the Gulf beaches and St. Petersburg near Eckerd College. The original 12-story design was denied in April 2026, so the final building and pricing are not settled. We are tracking it and will share updates as the plans change.

Marina Bay is a 67-acre gated waterfront community with 187 homes, villas, and condominiums built to FORTIFIED standards, a clubhouse, two pools, a fitness center, a 15-acre lake system, and a deep-water marina. It sits on the Intracoastal between St. Pete Beach and the mainland, minutes from the Gulf beaches.
