John spent his career in marketing before he ever sold a house. Now he uses it to sell homes on the beaches he first lived on as a kid. John builds the pricing and the marketing plan for every listing, and Nicole makes sure clients are never wondering what happens next.

From marketing to real estate
John grew up in Michigan and earned a Bachelor of Science at the University of Michigan. He has spent roughly twenty years leading marketing for technology companies, and he was marketing director for one of the largest national home builders, where he helped thousands of families find the right home in the right place.
Selling a home is a marketing problem. The right price comes from data, not hope. The right buyer is usually not the one scrolling Zillow down the street; it is a family or investor in Ohio, New York, or Canada who needs a reason to book a flight. His job is to find that buyer and give them that reason.
What John does for our clients
- Build every listing’s price from the last 90 days of sold, active, and expired homes nearby, with insurance and flood costs up front
- Plan and run the marketing: photography, video, listing copy, targeted ads, and outreach to agents who bring beach buyers
- Send a written report every Friday: views, showings, feedback, and what we are changing
- Negotiate with the data behind us, from offer to closing
Why the beaches
John and Nicole met in high school in Michigan and have lived in Florida since the late 1990s. John spent part of his childhood on St. Pete Beach, and today they live here with their two children, Gabrielle and Jonas.
When they are not working, you will find them on the water or on the beach, and John is usually planning the next trip. He loves the food, art, and architecture of places he has not been yet.
