Beachfront Condos for Sale in St. Pete Beach

Aktualisiert im Oktober 2026.

The short answer: In St. Pete Beach, beachfront means a building on the Gulf side of Gulf Boulevard or Sunset Way, with the sand at the back door. The six towers we cover were built between 1972 and 1991, all of them report rental minimums of three months, and half of them report no pets. A few small buildings on Gulf Way in Pass-a-Grille sit across a quiet street from the beach. Below are the beachfront condos for sale now, then every Gulf-front building we have a guide for.

What counts as beachfront here

  • On the sand. Buildings on the Gulf side of Gulf Boulevard and Sunset Way, from the Don CeSar north to Blind Pass. This is where the towers in the table below sit.
  • Across a street from the beach. The Gulf Way buildings in Pass-a-Grille, Chateau Pelham across Gulf Boulevard from the Don CeSar, and Gulf Winds across Sunset Way near Upham Beach. You walk across the street to the sand.
  • On the bay. Buildings on the east side of Gulf Boulevard face Boca Ciega Bay. Some listings call them „waterfront“ or „steps to the beach.“ See our St. Pete Beach condo guide for the bay side buildings.

Gulf-front condo buildings in St. Pete Beach

Facts come from county records, listing records and building pages, as summarized in each building guide. Sources often disagree, and we say so. Confirm everything with the association documents before you buy.

Gebäude Adresse Built Units Reported rental minimum Reported pets
Silver Sands Beach and Racquet Club 6595 Sunset Way 1981, 1985 and 1991 (three buildings) 300, 100 per building 3 months, per agent building pages Sources disagree
Envoy Point 7100 and 7150 Sunset Way 1975 and 1977 210 per an agent directory; other sources show 175 or 107 3 months per an agent directory; one listing site says short-term rentals are not allowed No pets in most sources, service animals excepted
Seamark 5396 Gulf Blvd 1973 105 or 106 3 months No pets
Beau Monde 4950 Gulf Blvd 1972 94 3 months, per an agent building page No pets
Lido 4450 Gulf Blvd 1985 74 per county records; listing remarks say 72 3 months Small pets; sources differ on the limit
San Seair 3820 Gulf Blvd 1974 102 per county records; other sources show 125 or 126 3 months Sources conflict

Jacaranda Beach Villas, at 5500 Gulf Blvd inside the TradeWinds Island Grand resort, is also on the Gulf, but it works differently. County records classify all 288 units as condo-hotel units in the resort rental program, and listings report owner use of up to 28 days a year. With owner stays that limited, it works as a resort rental investment more than a second home.

Pass-a-Grille, on Gulf Way

  • Beach House of Pass-a-Grille, 403 Gulf Way: built 1974, 22 units on seven stories, 90-day rental minimum. One listing shows small pets of 16 to 35 pounds.
  • Pointe Towers, 555 Gulf Way: built 1970, 14 residences on seven stories. A 2026 listing shows a 3-month minimum and pets up to 100 pounds; an older listing said monthly rentals were allowed.

See our Pass-a-Grille condo guide for the small buildings on the bay side and the historic district rules.

Near the beach, not on it

  • Chateau Pelham, 3575 Gulf Blvd: across Gulf Boulevard from the beach and the Don CeSar. Built 1971; 27 one-bedroom units of about 700 square feet; no pets; listings report two years of ownership before leasing.
  • Gulf Winds, 6800 Sunset Way: across Sunset Way from the beach near Upham Beach. Built 1977; 111 small units; nightly and weekly rentals reported through an on-site rental program; no pets in most sources.

Rental rules on the beach

St. Pete Beach limits stays under 30 days in most areas. According to the Pinellas Realtor Organization, rentals under 30 days are allowed in the RM district and the Pass-a-Grille overlay no more than three times in 12 months, and rentals of 30 days or longer are allowed in any district. On top of that, every Gulf-front association in the table reports a three-month minimum. If weekly rentals are the plan, look at the buildings on our short-term rental condos page, most of them in Madeira Beach, Treasure Island and Indian Rocks Beach. Our rental rules guide covers each city.

What beachfront condos cost

Across all of St. Pete Beach, the median condo sale was $432,500 over the 12 months to September 30, 2026 (154 sales). Gulf-front buildings sell above that: Silver Sands had a median of $731,000 on 12 sales, and Envoy Point West $715,000 on 7 sales. Prices depend on floor, view, size and the building’s repair and reserve position, so compare units within the same building. For current numbers by town, see our beach market report.

What to check on a beachfront condo

  • Building age and concrete. These towers date from 1972 to 1991. Ask for the milestone inspection summary and any concrete restoration plans. See our condo inspections, reserves and SIRS guide and SIRS status by building.
  • Reserves and special assessments. Read the most recent SIRS, the reserve schedule, the budget and 12 to 24 months of board minutes.
  • Storm repairs. Hurricanes Helene and Milton flooded ground floors, pools and parking along the beach in 2024. Ask what was damaged, what is fixed, what is still open and how it is being paid for.
  • Flood zone and insurance. The association insures the building; you insure the unit interior and, in most cases, carry your own flood policy. See our St. Pete Beach flood zones and insurance guide.
  • Rules in writing. Rental minimum, lease limits per year, pets, approval and fees, from the current declaration and rules.

Our beach condo buyer checklist puts these questions in order.
