Buying new construction with your own agent

The developer’s sales team represents the developer. You can have your own agent, and developers typically offer buyer’s agent compensation on new construction; we confirm the terms before you register. Most developers only recognize an agent who is registered at your first visit or inquiry, so contact us before you contact the sales office.
