Water Club Snell Isle

Water Club Snell Isle sits on the east side of Snell Isle, a waterfront neighborhood in northeast St. Petersburg. Kolter announced it in 2013 as two 9-story buildings with townhomes, described then as the first significant condominium project on Snell Isle in more than 40 years, and listing records show it was completed in 2014. Pinellas County records list 96 condominium units under the Water Club Snell Isle Condominium, from ground-floor units with private garages up to the ninth floor.

Recent listings describe a heated pool and spa, a waterside fire pit, a clubhouse with a fitness center, kayak and paddleboard launches and guest boat slips. One 2026 townhome listing showed a monthly association fee of $2,100, pets allowed with breed and number limits, buyer approval with an application and interview, an 8 to 12 month minimum lease and flood zone AE. Fees and rules change, so confirm each one with the association and the condo documents before you write an offer.

The building is in the City of St. Petersburg, so city rules apply. Our Snell Isle guide covers the neighborhood, flood zones and rental rules.

Water Club St. Pete Beach

Water Club St. Pete Beach is Kolter Urban’s new community at the bay end of Corey Avenue, St. Pete Beach’s historic main street, on the former Leverock’s and Bay Winds site. The city approved it in October 2025 under the name Corey Landing, and Kolter rebranded it in September 2026. Current plans call for 129 residences in two 8-story buildings, one to four bedrooms plus penthouses of about 1,800 to 3,800 square feet, a rooftop pool, about 12,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, 31 resident boat slips and public features: 8 public slips, a kayak launch, a water taxi dock and a waterfront park.

Kolter Urban told us in October 2026 that the official sales launch is a few months away; pricing, floor plans and a broker kit will be released then. Construction is expected to begin in 2027. How to tell which one a listing or article means

  • Address. 1325 Snell Isle Blvd NE or ZIP 33704 is Snell Isle. Corey Avenue or ZIP 33706 is St. Pete Beach.
  • Status. A sold price, an MLS listing or a year built of 2014 points to Snell Isle. Pre-construction pricing, renderings or reservations point to St. Pete Beach.
  • Water. Tampa Bay views point to Snell Isle. Boca Ciega Bay and the Gulf beaches point to St. Pete Beach.
  • Older name. News about Corey Landing is about the St. Pete Beach project.
  • City in the headline. Some news headlines place the St. Pete Beach project in St. Petersburg. If the story mentions Corey Avenue, it is the St. Pete Beach project.
