Nicole spent her career in Pinellas County schools before she ever sold a house. Now she helps families buy and sell on the beaches she has loved for more than twenty-five years. John handles the marketing; Nicole makes sure clients are never wondering what happens next.

From the classroom to the closing table
Before real estate, Nicole was an assistant principal at several schools in Pinellas County. That job is equal parts planning, problem solving, and calm conversations on hard days, with hundreds of people counting on you.
Buying or selling a home is not so different. There are deadlines, inspections, lenders, insurance quotes, and many decisions in a short time. Her job is to explain each step clearly, keep everyone on schedule, and make sure nothing slips.

Why the beaches
Nicole and John met in high school in Michigan and have lived in Florida since the late 1990s. John spent part of his childhood on St. Pete Beach, so this has always been home.
When they are not working, you will find them on the water. They love boating, the local beaches, and their two dogs.
